This Giveaway is sponsored solely by The Rolling Hub LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RAW, BBK Tobacco & Foods, LLP, HBI International, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, eBay, or any other third party. RAW and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, representatives, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, plus members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void outside the eligible area and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 23, 2026 at 3:48 pm GMT-0400 and ends on February 24, 2027 at 3:48 pm GMT-0400 ("Giveaway Period"). The Sponsor's website clock in the configured local time zone is the official timekeeping device. Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit https://therollinghub.com/, complete the official entry form, agree to these Official Rules, certify eligibility, and confirm the email address submitted through the confirmation link sent by the Sponsor. Email confirmation must be completed within 24 hours. No purchase or payment is required.
Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate, automated, scripted, incomplete, false, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. Using multiple email addresses or identities to obtain more than one entry is prohibited.
5. Optional Marketing Consent
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. The email marketing box may be preselected for convenience, but an entrant may clear it before submitting without affecting eligibility or odds. The SMS marketing box is not preselected. A mobile number may be used to administer the Giveaway if supplied, but promotional texts will be sent only when separate SMS consent is affirmatively selected or otherwise permitted by law.
Email subscribers may unsubscribe through the link in a promotional email. Text subscribers may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of entering, winning, or purchasing.
6. Prize
One potential winner will receive one RAW Classic Super Jumbo Mega Roll containing 1,000 meters of RAW Kingsize Slim rolling paper and 300 pre-rolled RAW tips. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $97.99. The term "lifetime supply" is the manufacturer's product description and does not guarantee that the prize will last for any particular amount of time.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the verified winner's eligible U.S. address. The winner is responsible for taxes or expenses not expressly included.
7. Random Drawing and Odds
On or around March 25, 2027 at 3:49 pm GMT-0400, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible, email-confirmed entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The selected entrant is only a potential winner until age, identity, residency, and all other eligibility requirements are verified.
8. Winner Notification and 72-Hour Response
The potential winner will be notified using the email address and, if provided, phone number submitted. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the Sponsor sends the first notification and complete all requested verification within that period.
Failure to respond, inability to contact the potential winner, failure to qualify or complete verification, false or inconsistent information, refusal of the prize, or inability to legally receive the prize may result in disqualification. The Sponsor may then randomly select an alternate potential winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for notices sent to spam, junk, blocked, or inaccessible accounts or numbers.
9. Age, Identity, and Residency Verification
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner must privately provide a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing that the person is at least 21 years old, is an eligible U.S. resident, and entered using their own identity. The name must reasonably match the entry. The Sponsor may also require a valid eligible shipping address and a signed eligibility, liability, tax, or publicity document where lawful and reasonably necessary.
Identification is requested only from the potential winner, not every entrant. It will be used only for verification and prize delivery and will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary. Entrants should never post identification publicly or send it through an unsolicited social-media message.
10. Prize Delivery
After verification, the prize will be shipped to a valid deliverable address in the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. It will not be shipped internationally or to U.S. territories. The Sponsor is not responsible for delay, loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address, carrier error, or circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.
11. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules, accept the Sponsor's reasonable decisions, provide truthful information, and comply with applicable laws. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who manipulates the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, obtains more than the allowed number of entries, interferes with the Giveaway, or harasses the Sponsor, another entrant, or a potential winner.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, platform failure, force majeure, legal restriction, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the integrity or operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it as permitted by law. When feasible, the Sponsor may select a potential winner from eligible entries received before the affected time.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from participation, acceptance or use of the prize, technical failures, interrupted transmissions, lost or misdirected entries, unauthorized alteration of an entry, or printing, administrative, typographical, or technical errors. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Publicity and Winner Information
Except where prohibited, the verified winner may be asked for permission to allow the Sponsor to announce their first name, last initial, city, and state for Giveaway-related publicity. The Sponsor will not publish a full address, identification document, phone number, or email address. Declining broader promotional use will not affect the winner's right to receive the prize unless a disclosure is legally required.
Requests for winner information may be emailed to info@therollinghub.com with the subject "Rolling Hub Launch Giveaway Winner" and must be received within 90 days after the Giveaway ends.
14. Privacy
Personal information will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, honor optional marketing choices, comply with law, and maintain necessary business records.

15. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by Michigan law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any proceeding related to the Giveaway must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Macomb County, Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
